Job description
The CDMT is responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of cardiac rhythms and rhythm EMG analysis in person and from remote transmissions; evaluation of online information, retrieval and triage of that information, preparing it for entry to electronic health record, and physical evaluation. Must have experience or training in Cardiac Device management, programmer equipment, standard tests, and procedures. Additional monitoring duties to include Holter evaluation of recorded events. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the heart and cardiac medications a must. High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience required. BLS certification (Non-RN staff)/ACLS certification (RN's only) required CDM on the-job training or completion of an approved CDMT program required. Knowledge/experience of Medtronic, St Jude, and Boston Schientific required. Biotronik programmers experience preferred.Location: Signature Healthcare ยท Pacer Clinic (01.74010)
Schedule: Per Diem, Days 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 730-4 as needed
