SHJ Construction Group is an installation team for Tidal Wave Auto Spa, an automatic conveyorized car wash company. You’ll be responsible for learning the installation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. In this role you will ensure that equipment is installed properly, and in operational order.

We provide hands on training in most trades such as Welding, Plumbing, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Pipe Bending, and Electrical.

This role will travel around the United States to perform all duties in 10-day increments.

Company provides hotels and per diem while working and offering a $1,000 sign on bonus.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for installing car wash equipment at construction sites across the country, bringing it into operation
• Unloading trucks, setting and anchoring stainless car wash equipment
• Hooking up pneumatic and hydraulic lines to the equipment per the car wash specific print and drawing
• Work as part of an install team, being a team player
• Ability to work hard physically in different environments and be a fast learner
• Conducting warranty work and site upgrades after the car washes are operational

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Prior experience in assembly or construction with a mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work in multi-state locations
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time
• Must be a great team player with ability to follow instructions accurately
• Must be able to work in all states
• Problem solving skills
• Experience working in general construction, manufacturing, or similar field

Requirements

• Can pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• Must live within a one-hour radius of a major airport.
• Must have a valid license to drive
• Phone availability on off-time to coordinate our travel logistics
• Are legally eligible to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
