We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, car wash attendants who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to grow a career. We are currently hiring full-time and part-time positions at our new Hammond, IN location. This is a great opportunity for career minded individuals to join our rapidly growing organization. We will teach you all you need to know to ensure your success.

As part of our car wash attendant team your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain facility/tunnel cleanliness at all times
• Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service
• Direct vehicles in the carwash tunnel with a pleasant and focused attitude
• Drive membership sales – Complete the sale of washes, unlimited monthly memberships, and gift cards utilizing a POS computer system
• Report equipment problems
• All other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Exposure to outside weather conditions
• Frequently exposed to moderate to loud noise
• Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting, and overhead reaching
• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Ability to frequently lift between 5 to 30 pounds
• Available to work a variety of shifts and/or days of the week consistent with the demands of the retail environment which includes weekends, evenings, and other high activity periods

Compensation:

• $14.00 - $16.00 per hour + Commission
