We are searching for high-energy, team players to add to our growing team!

Our Delivery Drivers are the ambassadors for our out-of-store customers' experience. From the initial greeting through the delivery hand-off-- we want to ensure that all of our customers receive the New Standard experience regardless of their method of purchase. The ideal candidate should be dependable and timely, comfortable with delivering in the area around Saugatuck, and above all should be motivated and passionate about the customer service industry.

Company delivery vehicle provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Delivers product to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while adhering to state driving laws
• Represent the brand in a positive and compliant manner while providing the best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customer’s expectations
• Maintains delivery log and records and performs quality inventory checks before and after shifts
• Follow established guidelines to ensure compliance including checking for valid ID, verifying payment, and receiving customer signature for order
• Assists with the creation of delivery routes and scheduling
• Follows delivery routes as schedule to ensure delivery within scheduled time-frame
• Processes transactions using the point of sale system
• Establish relationships with customers and provide a memorable customer experience to create loyalty to our brand
• Contribute to a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance while in our customer-based environment or while representing our brand
• Assist with in-store duties on an as needed basis including: assisting with packaging and inventory stocking
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Valid, unexpired driver’s license in good standing is required
• Must proved updated driver’s license to Human Resources promptly upon expiration
• Completion of a background investigation including a satisfactory motor vehicle record check required
• Must maintain a clean driving record throughout employment
• Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use delivery and POS software
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to perform sedentary work that primarily involves standing or sitting
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
