As part of an industry-leading team, you will help deliver results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our campus hiring.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with business leaders to set and implement sourcing strategy including relationship building with universities
- Assess talent by sourcing, screening and conducting interviews
- Communicate regularly with business leaders and HR leaders
- Manage and track candidates using our ATS (we us iCIMS)
- Manage internal relationships with managers
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process, in partnership with our Operations team
- Coordinate large interview days, inviting up to 40 candidates to interview onsite
- Facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers
- Extend offers and encourage students to join Aon
- Demonstrate knowledge of Recruiting team to provide feedback to hiring teams for improvements
Required Skills:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experienced preferred, ideal if in high volume or campus recruiting
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – we use iCIMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
To be successful in this role, you should already have or be working on the following skills:
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Ability to “think outside of the box” and strategically approach problem resolution
- A history of meeting tight (sometimes multiple) deadlines
- A true desire to be proactive and persistent in your work
- Ability to use discretion and manage confidential, sensitive information
- A tendency to be relationship-oriented (with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, etc.) and collaborate as a teammate
- Solid time management skills that you can demonstrate in a quickly-changing landscape
