Renewal by Andersen of CNY is looking to hire motivated & dynamic Call Center Representatives to join our already amazing team!

We are looking for friendly, money-motivated, sales orientated & computer savvy representatives to provide amazing customer service via inbound and outbound calls.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Convert both inbound and outbound phone calls into qualified sales appointments
  • Act as ‘Voice of Renewal by Andersen’ and communicate with all team members, customers, and prospective customers respectfully and tactfully
  • Deliver Signature Service in daily tasks and interactions both internally and externally
  • Communicate with prospective customers using the company prescribed methodology
  • Obtain and input all essential homeowner information correctly, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and secondary contact information
  • Ensure all appointment notes reflect the conversation that was had with the homeowner and the notes are clear for lead management to assume responsibility over the scheduled appointment
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics
  • Taking part in training to expand knowledge of company and position
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedure

Compensation:

$17.00/hour + bonuses


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ Years' prior experience working in a call center or inside sales preferred
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone voice
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Adaptability and accountability
  • Must be a team player
  • A positive attitude and a polite and professional demeanor

Job Types: Full-time

Experience:

  • Call center: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
