Seneca's Call Center is located at Seneca's Maxwelton, WV Clinic. Representatives (Care Navigator)* provide administrative support to open access connection hubs and Seneca outpatient clinics. Screen calls for immediate or future appointments; monitor client appointments. Dispatch mobile crisis team, as needed. Provide customer care/service to consumers; assist in securing needed services/treatment.*Call Center is staffed 24/7/365
$14.25/hour +$2.00/hour shift differential for hours worked between 11 PM and 7 AM
HS Diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license and vehicle required. We provide all training.

Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Employment Fitness Determination through WVCARES and a drug screen.

Able to represent Seneca in a positive manner including maintaining a positive attitude and performing duties in a manner in accordance with Seneca’s Mission and Code of Conduct/Ethical Practices. Demonstrated knowledge of computer skills required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.25 - $16.25 per hour
