Job title: Call Center Representative (CSR)
Location: St. Petersburg, FL 33716 (On-site from day one)
Duration: Full-time
Shift: Mon to Fri, 07 – 04, 08 - 05, 09 - 06, 10 - 7.
Job description:
- Answer inbound calls.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Call center/Voice Operations handling customers.
- Experience in Banking/Finance/Insurance domain preferred.
- Effective Probing and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask
- Customer service experience is desirable

- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Ability to work independently and seek additional opportunities when able.
