Job description

Your job will be to handle inbound phone calls from various marketing advertising sources strictly for the automotive industry. We set and organize appointments for events for the dealerships. We follow up with customers who may be interested in attending these events. We just moved into a new building and office environment right off of I-575 exit 7 in Woodstock, GA. Just behind the BJ's Store. Call center experience is a plus, customer service experience is a must.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid mode of transportation
• Bilingual - Spanish Preffered but not required
• Computer Basic Knowledge
• Customer Serive - Over the phone preferrably

Our shifts are 1st shift is 9am-6pm and 2nd shift is 11am-8pm, there is currently a 3rd shift 2:30pm – Midnight but that shift is share with everyone, taking a turn once for an entire week every 2-months. The way it works is, when it’s the BDC turn to work the midnight shift in their week, they come to work in the office from 2:30pm-6:30pm (4xhours) and then they leave to head home and setup and get ready to take calls from 8pm-12 midnight.

We train new employees for two weeks with pay, before they begin taking calls.
