CALL CENTER/DISPATCH REPRESENTATIVES

Job Description:
The RCH® service mark represents the services provided by the nation’s largest cable television retention Company. The company is looking for Call Center/Dispatch Representatives in the St. Louis area. Our office is conveniently located less than 1 mile from I-270 & Dorsett Rd.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers and employees

- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Ability to maintain composure when dealing with certain situations

- Ability to negotiate while maintaining a manner which shows empathy, tact and professionalism

- Ability to follow verbal instructions, written training documents, FDCPA standards, as well as follow all federal, state and local regulations related to customer information.

- Able to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment

- Consistently and accurately document all information pertaining to the accounts

- Other tasks as assigned or needed

Applicant Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation

- Basic computer skills

- Call Center experience (Preferred)

- Applicants should be self-motivated, hardworking, possess a positive attitude

- Willing and able to work some evenings and weekends

- Abide by all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations (including any COVID-19 related guidelines/mandates)

- All applicants must meet the minimum requirements determined by our clients

Pay & Benefits:
- Paid Training

- No experience necessary

- Bi-weekly pay & direct deposit

- Base pay $12 + commission and bonuses

- Performance incentives

- Medical Benefits are available to those employees that qualify as full time equivalent

Hours of Operation:

- Monday – Saturday 8:00am – 9:00pm
