Insight Global is looking for a group of solution oriented, positive individuals local to Conway, AR or within a 2 hour Radius, to join the EVV Call Center for the State of Wisconsin. Our client oversees 3 call centers for the State of Wisconsin: Member Basic, Provider Support, and EVV. When initially onboarded, these individuals will be assisting the Member basic and Provider Support teams and then transitioned to EVV. A description of each team is below. You will be assisting members, providers, and workers find solutions to questions regarding Medicaid plans (billing, visits, enrollment, authorization, access, etc.) This is a high-volume role, outbound and inbound call numbers fom 45-50+/day.
Member Basic: Assisting members inquiries about Medicaid and answering all questions. Setting up initial access and authorizations.
Provider Support Team: Assisting providers in enrollment process, billing, etc.
EVV Team: Assisting with visit verification, provider, and worker support solutions (inbound and outbound)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
