EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: 1.Prepare, cook and serve main courses, sandwiches, desserts, breads, cookies and other menu items.2.Slice meats, cheese and other menu items on slicing machine.3.Assist in any way needed for dinners & banquets from preparation through clean up.4.Maintain high levels of hygiene and sanitary standards required by the Bureau of School Food Services and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts regarding the safe handling and preparation of foods. 5.Record food temperatures on the serving line.6.May assist with paper work and inventory.7.Perform other work assignments as directed.8.
