Description

Our Cafe Team Members work together to serve our customers quality baked goods, coffee drinks and sandwiches as efficiently as possible. Our Managers assign stations based on strength and preference, however some flexibility is required. We love to train/cross train and to promote from within! Our cafes are high volume during peak times and we strive to produce a fast, friendly experience for our guests.

Are you someone that can:

*Provide friendly/quality service at an efficient pace *Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high business volume *Communicate with shift manager and coworkers to insure timely customer service and food and drink preparation *Contribute to a respectful work environment by behaving professionally towards coworkers, managers and guests *Be a team player by proactively assisting coworkers *Deliver excellent customer service by acting with a customer first attitude *Follow operational and policies and procedures, including those for safety and security, cash handling and food safety *Maintain a clean and organized work space *Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality *Present oneself in a neat and well-groomed manner and attired in the company uniform

Hourly+tips+free shift meal/free bread

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $17.00 - $19.00/hour.
