CANDIDATE NEEDS:
· EXPERIENCE IN AUTO CAD / EXCELL / WORD
· KNOWLEDGE OF STRUCTURAL STEEL MATERIALS, PROCESSES AND EQUIPMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
1. REVIEW BLUE PRINTS AND JOB SITE CONDITIONS
2. DO A DETAILED MATERIAL TAKE OFF, LABOR HOURS ESTIMATE AND EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROJECT
3. GATHER PRICING INFORMATION AND LEAD TIMES FROM SUPPLIERS
4. REVIEW AND RESOLVE QUESTIONS/ISSUES/CONCERNS REGARDING THE PROJECT
5. PRODUCE AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE WITH DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EACH LINE ITEM
6. FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENT TO ENSURE THAT ESTIMATE WAS RECEIVED AND CORRECT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,800.00 - $48,960.00 per year
