Troy CSL Lighting is a growing company seeking a Product Manager, who would work hand and hand with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Marketing to bring to market Downlights and Architectural Grade Point Source lighting products. Through researching market trends, competitive products, and new technology; you would develop a business plan which communicates, must have/nice to have/market gap specifications, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats), Estimated Sales Volume, Target Prices/Cost of Goods, and Estimated Return on Investment. In addition, while collaborating with Sales act as the voice of the customer to guide the design, launch and the build of exceptional product.

Job Description:

• Run MRP and consumption reports
• Release new PO to vendors for overseas and domestic purchases
• Follow up on PO confirmation on delivery date and price, update PO and item master
• Coordinate with the QC team for NCR claims or goods returns
• Coordinate with AP for invoice variance
• Enter manifest and landed cost
• Expedite shipment as per urgent need
• Source new parts or alternative parts
• Payment terms and price negotiation
• Optimize shipping method (Ground, 2nd-day express, Air freight, LCL, Consolidation, full container)
• Coordinate with the sales team for project ID
• Blanket order plan and releasement schedule
• Update shortage log
• Coordinate with Vendor for open order report updated weekly
• Attach relative email into SAP for team play follow up
• Update excel sheet of Landed cost
• Coordinate with receiving team for Air shipment manifest.
• HTS code verification
• Identify department code and G/L code for non-inventory items on PO created through PR
• Update credit card expense records

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
