Busser/Food Runner
Job purpose: Kirby Pines Estates bussers care deeply about our culture and will provide a genuine sense of hospitality and meet residents and guests’ expectations by providing friendly, authentic, and perfect service. Our bussers execute table maintenance with enthusiasm and a smile while accurately representing Kirby Pines Estates brand.
Duties and responsibilities: The primary job duties and responsibilities of being a busser include but are not limited to the following:

• Must represent the Kirby Pines culture.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks effectively and quickly.
• Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils. .
• Politely clears glassware, utensils from tables after guests are done eating.
• Must possess tray carrying skills.
• Must ensure all guests are well taken care and needs are met.
• Performs regular table maintenance.
• Ability to interact socially with guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Food handling and service for guests.
• Confident and professional table-side manner.
• Must adhere to sanitation, safety policy and regulations.
• Various cleaning tasks and side work.
• Must complying to the dress code policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good memory
• Flexible availability in scheduling
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work as part of a team
