The Famous Steak House is expanding! Our new Castle Rock location is slated to open on July 1st and we can't wait to hire our brand new team!

We are looking for hospitality minded EXPERIENCED Bussers!

Colorado Springs’ finest upscale steak house and lounge located in the center of downtown will soon expand to Castle Rock. An elegant and classic steak house environment. Award winning prime steaks, fresh seafood, premium wines and piano bar provide a provocative mix of atmosphere and entertainment. Featuring 30+ Colorado spirits and wines as well as local craft brews.

Job Summary

Responsible for clearing tables and deliver dishes to cleaning areas. Maintain a clean dining room. Ensure tables are set for incoming patrons. Serve beverages. Stock service stations.

Job Duties

• Set and clear tables; and ensure furniture, appropriate silverware, condiments and other items are in place to welcome the next party.
• Wipe down tables and chairs after each party has departed the dining room.
• Take dishes, glasses, and other utensils to the dishwashing area; separate and stack properly.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and/or wiping surfaces.
• Monitor bus tubs and clear periodically.
• Ensure server stations are stocked properly.
• Maintain ice supply at the necessary levels for each shift.
• Refill water glasses.
• Maintain effective communication with servers, hosts, cooks, and other positions regarding reservations, patrons, table requests, etc.
• Complete and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Complete and assist with side work such as refilling/restocking items, rolling silverware.
• Assist servers with bringing beverages or food items to occupied tables.
• Assist host/hostess with menu station, ensuring menus are presentable and clean.
• Answer phone calls with appropriate greeting and take accurate reservations through diverse channels (OpenTable, phone calls, walk-ins, other department’s requests)
• Maintain basic knowledge of menu items, specials, and unavailable items.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure proper interactions through attentive, courteous and efficient customer service.
• Patiently answer all inquiries of our guests, visitors, and employees and assist them in every way possible.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Assist department, as needed.
• Additional duties, as required.

Qualifications

• Over three months of customer service experience; preferably in restaurants.
• Self-starting and outgoing personality with a pleasant disposition, and strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with guests and visitors.
