Basic Function

Serve as a Project Management Office Lead responsible for executing small, medium, and large-scale business transformation projects and programs. This includes defining and validating project scope and objectives, refining project direction, and demonstrating the short and long-term positive impact to the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and senior executives to identify and deploy operational and strategic improvements
• Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives by collaborating with appropriate functional teams, clients, and stakeholders from different business groups
• Administer or develop KPIs for shared services and provide progress updates
• Craft value propositions to implement transformational change with cost-saving, data-informed strategy roadmaps
• Capture synergies across all areas of business and implement change management programs to facilitate continuous process improvement
• May advise and assist clients on M&A integration planning and management activities
• Prepare and deliver presentations and quantitative exhibits, as necessary, on project scope, findings and/or progress and results of activities
• Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices related to business transformation including but not limited to strategy, project management or other business outcomes
• Facilitate customer relations and serve as a point of contact to all affiliate related matters

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or closely related specialty. Engineering degree or MBA is highly desirable
• Ten (10) years’ experience with business transactions, operations and transformations or other related industry experience
• Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly, and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job as outlined
• Must know how and when to use a wide variety of statistical and financial analytical tools and have a working knowledge of technology and business statistics
• Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette
