• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 6:00pm (40 hours per week); and occasional Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Hiring Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
  • The hiring pay range for this position, listed above, includes an additional $2.00 per hour Premium Pay added to your base pay. Only applicable while working in Business Line Services.

Summary

• Central Operations position in which the incumbent is responsible for supporting internal customers regarding frontline processes, procedures, and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a basic level of familiarity with banking and deposit operations and demonstrated ability to master new subject matters quickly. The incumbent will often work independently in a dynamic work environment with exposure to a variety of tasks, some of which will require research, analysis, and project management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Possesses leadership skills including the following: strong teamwork and client management skills; ability to manage expectations; demonstrated ability to lead in a dynamic environment; strong conflict resolution skills; and excellent communication, both through presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Develops and maintains expertise in deposit operation products, processes, procedures, and related systems.
• Provides ongoing support for branch staff. This support includes all aspects of deposit operations.
• Employs a supportive coaching approach to internal customer inquiries, empowering and enabling them to utilize the many resources available to them as appropriate.
• Reviews legal documentation and provides support to branches in proper account opening procedures.Adapts to frequent changes in products, processes, and procedures.
• Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and the ability to identify appropriate resources to assist with internal inquiries properly.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by proactively responding to customer requests accurately and professionally.
• Demonstrates excellent listening and communication skills with customers, peers, and management.
• Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Collaborates with their team members to ensure department tasks are completed timely, including phone calls and emails.
• Leads, coordinates, and participates in special projects as directed by the Operations Officer.
• Resolve escalated customer issues tactfully and effectively, communicating significant issues to management and making thoughtful recommendations when weaknesses are identified.
• Ability to travel (<25%) and work non-standard or flexible hours, as needed.
• Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements.
• Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to deposit operations, products, and services.

E ducation and/or Experience

• 2 - 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
