IT Business Intelligence Developer (Full Time – Exempt):
Job Summary: Under the guidance of the ITS Intelligence Manager and the Lead Data Architect, the Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for building, implementing, and supporting data warehouse solution at Benefis Health System. The role requires a firm grasp of BI implementation strategies, methodologies, enterprise database schemas, data sources, extraction/transformation/loading, dimensional modeling, data mining, predictive analysis, data quality, report development, and data visualization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3 years’ experience in business intelligence or analytics role
- Specific technical skills consistent with Benefis technical architecture preferred, including SQL and Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Sharepoint, Power BI)
- Data integration, ETL, or interface experience preferred
- Healthcare related experience preferred

Pay: $35.72 - $44.01 per hour
