We are a digital transformation consulting firm seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and building strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and met.
  • Collaborate with development team to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in software/tech industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience managing full sales process from lead generation through contract execution
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation and related technologies.
  • Experience in consultative selling and building relationships with clients.
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies for generating new business
  • Experience establishing a sales pipeline with a consistent flow of potential clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A good understanding of software technologies and software lifecycle will be a plus

Additional Details

This is a direct-hire full-time hybrid-remote position. Position offers a base salary and commission on sales revenues.
