Squeeze is looking to add a few Portuguese speakers to our BDR team that are looking for entry-level experience! As a member of our Business Development Team (BDR) your primary role will be to build a sales pipeline for Account Executives. We offer a variety of cloud-based technologies that you will introduce to clients. You will be responsible for building a relationship with these prospects, understanding their technology stack, evaluating their needs, and introducing our SMEs to engage with them for further follow-up.


Your primary objective is to set up introductory meetings for our Account Executives to develop sales opportunities with mid-size businesses. As you can imagine, Pipeline Development is an art. It requires talent, skill, technical knowledge, and effort.


Your daily responsibilities as a
BDR at Squeeze will include:


  • Contacting and qualifying leads to set appointments for our account executives to close


  • Speaking Portuguese to clients and customers


  • Being the first point of contact and educating leads to help generate increased interest


  • Make outbound calls, send and respond to emails and manage your own pipeline of opportunities


  • Anticipating needs and concerns of potential clients and maintaining a knowledge of problems and issues that they are facing in their work


Ideal Qualifications


  • Full time, 30-40 hours a week


  • As fluent in Portuguese as a native speaker


  • Experience articulating value propositions via phone and email


  • Able to identify and qualify sales opportunities using BANT sales method


. Technical background ideally in a sales capacity


. B2B sales or BDR/SDR experience is ideal


  • Collaboration and negotiation are talents of yours and you’re able to utilize them to communicate effectively


  • You’re highly motivated and passionate and able to keep a positive attitude and a passion for growth


  • You thrive in healthy competition but are also a strong, team-oriented and focused on the success of your peers as well as yourself
