Job description
Responsibilities :
  • Support partners on day to day activities involving Onboarding, Planning, Partner enablement and development, and any other sales / non-sales opportunity-specific queries
  • Create awareness and drive revenue growth leveraging Cisco programs and be able to articulate the business benefits (rebates, incentives, programs).
  • Drive, manage and support on Marketing campaigns. Facilitate the securing of funding for Marketing initiatives with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Training - identify any gaps in partner knowledge base/qualifications and educate the partners on all available sales and technical training resources within Cisco. Support development of Partners training plans and be accountable for driving execution against those plans. Facilitate enrolment to any relevant training programs
  • Cisco Certifications/Specializations - Identify the optimal strategic path for each partner and offer guidance on the process of achievement. Be proactive in helping the partners renew relevant certs/specs

Requirements:
  • English Advanced level
  • Candidates must be located in República Dominicana, Costa Rica, Panama or Guatemala.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attitude & eager to learn
  • Able to do some cold calling

Desire:
  • Knowledge in Distribution or Channel model.
  • Knowledge in Cisco, programs and/or certifications.
  • Knowledge in Cisco portfolio such as SMB, Meraki and others.
