Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Consistently prospect and pursue new business

Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Work with clients to obtain qualified job requirements

Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

7 years experience in Sales

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

Understanding of performance metrics

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Experience in staffing and customer support

Proven ability to work with people at all levels
