Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop strong relationships throughout your geography in all facets of the healthcare industry truly understanding our clients pain points and helping to provide them with effective solutions.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business opportunities.
  • Posses in-depth knowledge of our services and provide open communication between your leadership and the end client throughout the sales process and during account management.
  • Attend industry trade shows, events, and join community groups in an effort to build relationships for Jogan Health in your assigned geography.
  • Build and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure constant and clear communication and teamwork through all steps of the sales process.

Business Development Representative Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and relationship building, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills. Strong entrepreneurial mindset and desire for success.
  • A passion for helping and being part of a fantastic team.

Salary/ Wage Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission

Market competitive base salary with commission and growth opportunities within the Business Development Department.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
