Job Overview:
GRT is an emergency service provider and responder to our national account clients in the healthcare, hospitality, and senior living spaces. We manage and perform all recovery efforts for our clients no matter the type or size from minor water intrusions, biohazards, major water intrusions, fire, wind as well as large catastrophic events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and floods. Our teams respond to individual or catastrophic events as a key source for water extraction, package unit, or desiccant de-humidification, reconstruction, and full management/negotiation for affected clients in every state of the union 24 hours a day.
GRT is seeking someone to fill a full-time (40 hours per week) Entry Level Business Development position. Relevant experience is preferred, and the applicant will be provided training throughout various areas. General working knowledge of MS Office is required. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with all team members, clients, and vendors in person, on the phone, and via electronic communications.
Responsibilities:
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
  • Research and analyze sales options.
  • Achieving corporate growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
  • Build and maintain professional networks.
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
Qualifications:
  • Entry-Level sales - Experience in Sales (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of MS Office software
  • Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Fast learner and a quick thinker.
  • Passionate about sales and serving client needs.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

Salary: $40k-$60k to start based on experience plus Commissions
