Business Analyst - Quality Assurance (Carmel, IN)
Summary
We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Quality Control Tester/Business Analyst. You’ll be working with our QA/Development team to ensure quality development releases and with our business team to ensure that our customers are using Spyglass successfully. It would be helpful to have background knowledge in HIPAA formats (837, 834, etc.), although this is not a requirement. The best candidate will be a team player who is enthusiastic and loves to learn!
Business Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience working with the software development life cycle
- Enthusiasm for learning new things and a willingness to become a subject matter expert in Spyglass
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of changes the development team makes to the application. This includes developing test plans and documenting results
- Write clear, concise release notes explaining the nature of enhancements and other changes made to the application
- Assist with maintaining the user-facing documentation
- Use problem-solving and investigative skills to troubleshoot issues and brainstorm solutions
- Assist with other business tasks as needed, including training end users, performing demonstrations of the software, and loading data
- Read through trading partner documents and HIPAA specifications to create simple requirements for developers to follow
Work Schedule
Full time. Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Flexible schedules available with the potential to work from home occasionally after 90 days!
