Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation
Identify ways to enhance performance management and operational reports
Support identification of and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications and processes
Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between various business units
Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures
Position Purpose:
Evaluate data and insights from extensive and integrated data sets to enable data-driven decision making to reduce overall cost of care and improve clinical outcomes for members. Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to identify areas of value, develop solutions, and deliver insights.
- Leadership team will be local to Newark, DE area. This position is 100% remote, but will have the flexibility to go into the Newark office to interact with leadership team, attend meetings, etc. on occasion if desired*
