Summary

eClerx is seeking a team-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to partner with Market Ops Teams to understand key business metrics. Investigate RCA operations, MTPs (manual touch points), and brainstorm on target operating model. Suggest and document enhancements to improve overall process health by reducing exceptions, improving STP, re-designing control activities, and thereby reducing overall risk. The ability to adapt in a rapidly changing business environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Insight into inefficiencies across processes in the capital markets sector and ideas on how to improve organizational performance
• Partner with our clients to help them develop high performance solutions to advance their industry standing within the Financial Services sector.
• Ability to understand client needs, develop solutions, and deliver high impact execution.
• Cultivate mid- to senior-level relationships with clients and the ability to work and present from AVP to C-Level decision makers.
• Collaborate with internal and client project team members and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups.
• Conduct effective meaningful meetings both internally and externally with clients and peers alike.
• Provide core fundamental Project Management reporting to relevant parties.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of a range of financial products (e.g., derivatives, equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, bank loans, and commodities), industries (e.g., investment banking, broker-dealers, custody, fund administration, investment management) and experience in Operational Excellence and Business Process Mapping
• Having knowledge in Capital Markets Strategy and Transformation, Product and/or Service Innovation, Development and Service Operations.
• Strong track record in project delivery, with an ability to develop and deliver high-quality output against project objectives to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fluid project environment with uncertainty and ambiguity
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
