The responsibilities of the Business Analyst include turning raw data from Quickbooks into reporting tools and insights to support Topo Chico Mineral Water Sales & Operations team. Key contributor to Sales, Operations, and Finance through procedures of Month Close, Rolling Estimate, and Business Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Analysis: Produce completed sales dashboards and analyses that require proficiency across Quickbooks, Excel, and general data management.
  • ERP Pricing Management: Execute price changes in Quickbooks by SKU by Customer.
  • Rolling Estimate: Collaborate with Supply Chain, FCOE, Sales, and Finance to build Customer, Package, and RTM detail for YTD Actuals and Downhill Forecast
  • Annual Business Planning: Collaborate with Supply Chain, FCOE, Sales, and Finance to build Customer, Package, and RTM detail supporting next year business plans.
  • Business Partner Support - Topo Chico Mineral Water Sales & Ops: Interact and collaborate closely with Sales & Operations, delivering valuable insights and collecting feedback from field to capture in RE and Business Planning procedures.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Required

Professional Experience/Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with month-end close and financial statements experience required
  • Proficient in use of Excel & SAP
  • Proficient in use of Quickbooks
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency

Base Salary: $53,800 to $61,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
