About the Role:

· We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual to join our CPG Insights team as an Associate of Ads and Promotions.

· In this role, you will work closely with our Sales team to support marketing campaigns that promote and celebrate our unique relationships with CPG partners.

· You will be responsible for analysing data, developing client-facing reports, and identifying optimization opportunities to accelerate brand sales and category share growth.

What you’ll do:

· Work closely with the ops and sales teams on scoping ad campaigns

· Gather data for client’s marketing products and prepare data for subsequent analysis.

· Develop client-facing reports that synthesize campaign performance trends and identify optimization opportunities.

· Analyse the performance of client marketing products and surface product performance insights to support sales efforts.

About you:

· You have a passion for data with strong attention to detail.

· You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members within the company.

· You value efficiency and quality

· You are a strong communicator and can prioritize across multiple projects.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher

· 1-3 years’ experience as an analyst or marketer in an advertising agency, ecommerce, consumer brand or tech company

· You have an understanding of relational databases, ETL tools, data conversion, and data cleansing methods.

· You are proficient in excel (can maintain large, complex data sets)

· You have experience using SQL to aggregate and cleanse data.

· Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment.

· Strong organization and communication skill

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
