POSITION DETAILS
Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Business Analyst to join their team in the Indianapolis area. This successful resource will be responsible for gathering requirements from business users for enhancements and new product launches.
Responsibilities:
Consult with business users to recognize current business needs
Document modifications that are made to the technology
Document business user procedures and requirements
Assist with user acceptance testing and organize with the team to ensure thorough application testing
Create user manuals to define process and data flow, program installation and operating procedures
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a BA role gathering requirements
Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree related to IT
Insurance industry experience
Terms:
