Full Visibility is seeking a Business Analyst to work in Quantico, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering customer product requirements (may include coordinating travel for stake holder meetings), liaising between subject matter experts (SMEs) and various product owners, and conducting product testing to ensure correct implementation. The Business Analyst will provide help line oversight, training coordination, coordination with Operations Support team to ensure technical processes and documentation are up-to-date.

The Business Analyst will support all software and network development meetings; and will be proactive in seeking an understanding of all products and services in the program, while gaining a SME understanding of the equipment, applications, devices, and interfaces being used. The successful candidate will participate in product lifecycle – to include product testing, integration, and deployment of leading-edge technology and will engage with personnel to ensure project deliverables and requirements are met. The Business Analyst may have minimal travel as needed to support the mission.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance
  
• At least three (3) years professional experience in technical writing and testing
  
• At least three (3) years of direct experience applying test methodology for specified product releases
  
• At least three (3) years of direct experience gathering and analyzing information required for the development of writing technical reports, standard operating procedures, training materials and documentation
  
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience using Mac OS and Windows OS
  
• Ability to multi-task, be a self-starter, and engage with project activities
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, Computer Science or related
