Job Description: Analyze Business Processes and perform needs assessment to align Information Technology solutions with the Client Business initiatives. Act as liaison between End users, Vendors, Business, and IT Teams to refine the product and incorporate features based on demands. Utilize expertise in Data Modelling to ensure that the data design and structure align with business requirements, identify potential gaps in the application and develop technical solutions to the business problems. Use SQL to query against databases and views to retrieve and examine data for any data gap, and perform root cause analysis of system defects during production and add/modify Business Rules in the Rules Engine. Work with Medicaid and data frameworks such as MITA, Medicaid Eligibility System, Claims & Encounters, eMIPP (Electronic Medicaid Incentive Payment Program). Develop screen wireframes for system changes and collaborate with application development team to analyze/brainstorm Client business/system requirements, and plan design and implementation strategy. Utilize knowledge of applications such as Teams, WebEx, Microsoft tools, DB2/SQL, Defect Management tool JIRA, SharePoint, and HTML..
Job Requirements: Job requires Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 1 year of experience in Business Analysis. Position requires the following: Data Base Management System: SQL and Data Modelling (1 year); Business Analysis Process: SDLC and Documentation (1 year); Microsoft Tools :Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio (1 year); HTML and Java (1 year); JIRA (1 year); and Software Testing: Functional, Regression and Usability (1 year). 100% of telework permitted anywhere in the US
