If you’re looking for an active, entry level position with daytime hours and 3-day weekends, then this Building Materials Manufacturer role is the one for you! You’ll stay busy with a variety of tasks at a Rutland, VT producer of high-quality metal and stone home décor products.
Responsibilities of the Building Materials Manufacturer
- Sort tiles
- Perform pre-finishing work, e.g., sanding/scraping of excess materials
- Handle finished/coated parts coming down the conveyor and pack for shipment
- Perform related duties as assigned or required
Qualifications of the Building Materials Manufacturer
- Must be organized and have attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to distinguish between colors
- Dependable
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand throughout most of your shift
- Previous production experience is a plus but not required
