• Exterior and interior upkeep of plant

Current items on the to-do list:

• Change the filters on all the A/C units in the building and make and follow a filter replacement schedule.
• Go through the entire building replacing any burned out lightbulbs and/or ballasts, upgrading to LED lighting along the way. Find a place to dispose of all the used light bulbs and get rid of them.
• Go through all the sinks and bathrooms and fix any leaking or poorly working facets, toilets, urinals. Snaking out slow draining toilets as necessary.
• Work with team to adjust/install outdoor camera's before winter ice and snow hits.
• Clean the roof of all leaves and debris before winter so in doesn't do into the roof drains
• Investigate enzymes to clear roof drains and and enzymes to the drains spring, summer, and fall.
• Finish installing the RFID employee entry system and get it working.
• Drain all air line water traps in the building monthly and add water traps near any aid based machinery were there aren't any.
• Work with Maintenance team to develop a PM maintenance schedule for all major machinery, aircompressors, HVAC units, etc.. Etc.
• Mow the grass in front of the building and parking lot once a week.
• Kill all the weeds in the parking lot.
• Install sensors and auto-switches for the lights that get left on at night in the lunch room, shipping, stretch are, etc.
• Rebuild the doorways into the weldshop area, from shipping into the stretch area, and from stretch into water blast

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
