Carolinas Staffing in Shallotte is looking for a Building Maintenance Associate!!!!!
HVAC experience a plus, but not necessary (Handy Person Exp).
Schedule:
Duties: General Repairing and Maintenance of the property to include: mechanical, electrical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
Other Responsibilities:
- Sheetrock Repairs.
- Manual Labor.
- Landscaping.
- Customer Service.
- Organization.
- Check in home for repairs.
- Take pics of damage on homes.
- Text/Email.
- Manufactured home experience a plus.
Requires:
- Lift up to 50 lbs. push, pull walk around crawl sit and stand.
- Must be able to work in the elements and endure heat.
- Must have some building maintenance experience.
Rate: $15.00
Location: Shallotte, NC.
Requirements:
- Background.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Drug Test.
