Job Duties:

• Greet customers and checks to ensure they are 21+ and have a valid and acceptable form of ID
• Engage with customers to determine their wants/needs and makes recommendations accordingly
• Provide excellent customer service to everyone who walks through the door
• Answer phone and assist or take messages as needed
• Perform weekly inventory counts
• Perform sales transactions start to finish, including scanning items into our POS system, cash handling, operating a debit card terminal, and proper packaging and labeling of products
• Maintain store cleanliness with regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning glass, etc.
• Assist with organizing display cases and backstock cases as needed
• Ensure products are faced, stocked, and checked for expiration on a regular basis
• Assist with deliveries by counting products and applying barcode labels
• Update in-store and online menus as needed
• Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management/owners

Required Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid MED badge
• Must be able to move quickly in a high paced environment
• Must be able to lift 35+ lbs, twist, turn, climb ladders, bend over, and stand for long periods of time
• Must have basic knowledge of local and state rules/regulations regarding the cannabis industry
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Reliable transportation
• Friendly, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous industry experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Previous experience with BioTrack POS software
• Previous cash handling experience
• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, methods of intake, cannabinoids, and potential effects
• Open availability

Store-wide monthly sales bonuses are possible after an initial probationary period. We are looking to fill at least 2 positions fairly quickly. Variety of shifts available.
