Budtenders are the ambassadors of our Dispensary. We are looking for a budtender that is a friendly canna-wiz behind the counter who will guide medical patients through the process of understanding, selecting, and purchasing a range of cannabis products. Our Budtenders specialize in customer service and are a consistently helpful and compassionate individual to all our patients and staff members.

Budtenders responsible for adhering to regulatory standards of the State of Colorado and internal policies created by the Company. Providing Responsible Cannabis use is our mission.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, and REGISTRATIONS: Must be have a Employee badge through the Marijuana Enforcement Division, and be willing to get fingerprinted in Colorado Springs.

Job Duties

· Adhere to dispensary policies and drive Brand Culture

· Focus on product invitation leading to increased sale tickets

· Ensure all items leave the facility compliant and safe

· Assist in; labeling, bud, shake, and joint jars, light manicuring, as we keep the majority of our product deli-style, cleaning, create pre-packs, keep store and stations stocked

· Set up product displays and keep the environments appealing and exciting

· Be inviting to all our patients, vendors, and staff

· Earn new members and customers by driving our great deals and vision

· Clear and friendly correspondence on the phone and greeting walk-in customers

· Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system. Currently we utilizes Flowhub

· Clear and concise cash handling procedures, tracking, depositing, and discount application

· Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles

· Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)

· Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for customers

· Correctly utilizing and maintaining all logs including visitor, error, waste, etc.

· Verify incoming order deliveries for accuracy and compliance- if needed

· Maintaining open communication with the management team and co-workers

· Professionally reporting employee issues or customer situations

· Provide any necessary support to the management team to ensure successful store operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Colorado Springs, CO 80903: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
