The network offers members and their guests truly exceptional service and golf, whether for weekend getaways, corporate retreats, or private events.

Briggs Ranch Golf Club is looking to add energetic and detail oriented individuals to its Housekeeping team to care for our guests during their stay in our pristine casitas and clubhouse.

Essential Function:

Ensure a high standard of cleanliness for our members and guests at the Casitas, Clubhouse, and all other property locations with great attention to detail.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean Clubhouse and Casitas, including making beds with clean linens, replenishing supplies, vacuuming, dusting furniture, and all other cleaning duties as needed.
• Enter guest rooms by adhering to proper procedures and ensure they are vacant.
• Ensure company standards are followed in welcoming and acknowledging guests.
• Maintain clear, friendly and efficient communication and coordination with the Housekeeping Manager and other Housekeepers, as well as Staff in other Departments.
• Notify Housekeeping Manager of any damages or discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain neat and clean cart, equipment, storage rooms and supplies.
• Maintain the quality of linens by making it aware to your immediate the Housekeeping Manager something is found that isn’t up to standard to be used for guests.
• Label, date and submit all lost and found items to Housekeeping Supervisor following our Lost & Found Protocol.

Expectations:

• Must have a neat, clean and professional appearance.
• Must be able to stand/walk for at least 8 hours.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and kneel on a continual basis.
• Must be well organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in the English language.
• Must be available on weekends, holidays and afternoon shifts.
