Job description
We are looking for a breakfast attendant with excellent cleanliness standards to attend our kitchen and breakfast area. The goal is to enhance customer experience by providing the best customer service/ breakfast to our guests. The shift is from 6am-12pm during week, with weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy the kitchen and breakfast area.
- Prepare and serve our breakfast food items to our guests
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
- Some cleaning duties for hotel.
Skills
- Restaurant/ Server experience preferred.
- Cook experience ideal.
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful with customer service orientation
- Knowledge of English language
- High school degree or GED
