Job description
We are looking for a Bread Baker to prepare various from scratch burger buns, brioche loaves, and many other quick yeasted breads. We are seeking a canidate that has experience with from scratch bread but it is not a neccessity and we are willing to train. Ultimately, you will make sure we offer fresh and delicious goods to our customers on a daily basis and provide assistance on our various wholesale accounts.
Skills
- Experience as a Baker or similar role, preferred
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and immersion blenders.
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit, with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work afternoon/evening shifts
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
