Responsibilities:

Key Area 1:

• Partner with clients to understand their brand and visual goals.
• Build and nourish relationships with clients.
• Seek out opportunities for new avenues of work.

Key Area 2:

• Organize project details for internal print production workflows.
• Research, recommend, and engineer materials and print processes.
• Manage project timelines & budgets from inception to completion.
• Work with various department heads, project managers, and vendors to successfully execute projects.

Key Area 3:

• Support fellow team members on high profile projects.
• Collaborate with team members to implement process efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of print production, files, and processes.
• A demonstrated history of maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively across departments on west and east coasts.
• Ability to think critically with strong investigative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Google Suite & Microsoft Office, primarily with Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.
• Basic Adobe Acrobat skills, to edit PDFs.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet is a bonus.
• Able to commute to Manhattan on an "as needed" basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
