Brand Coordinator, Barstool Brands
Job description
We are hiring a Brand Coordinator to join the growing Barstool Sports Commerce team located in New York, NY. Brand Coordinator will support the Brand Manager to help execute the vision, product assortment, and achieve the revenue target goals for specific Barstool Franchises. This is an opportunity to join one of Barstool's fastest-growing divisions and drive meaningful growth, creativity, and revenue for its brands.
What You'll Do:
- Execute the commerce vision and strategy for select Barstool franchises across our Direct & Retail business
- Support the Brand Manager in achieving franchise revenue goals by revenue channel and execute on KPIs.
- Develop & maintain relationships with talent; collaborate on new product ideas, coordinate approvals, and execute product launches
- Work closely with product development team to facilitate development of new products, coordinating samples & timely feedback
- Arrange and distribute samples & collateral for promotion
- Build & QA new product launches & ongoing SKUs on our ecommerce platform
- Site maintenance, merchandising and optimization on the Brand's collection pages
- Partner with creative team on quick turn apparel designs
- Assist in execution on collaborations that align with the brand's core audience & revenue goals
- Maintain a rolling 12-month calendar for all upcoming franchise tentpole events, product launches, and initiatives
- Coordinate with Commerce Creative team on marketing & promotional efforts and collateral needs
- Immerse yourself in the brands; consume and follow content and apply those learnings to new revenue opportunities
- Create & maintain individual brand product catalogs for use across DTC, wholesale, and promotional events
- General ad hoc support as needed
What You Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or retail environment
- Ability to multi-task and work cross functionally with many different personality types
- Extremely organized individual with keen attention to detail who is able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly motivated, self starting individuals that are driven to surpass goals and KPIs
- Pulse on current and upcoming trends
- Experience working on ecommerce platform / Shopify a plus
- Occasional weekend & holiday work during peak sports seasons
- Strong understanding of Barstool Sports and our individual franchises
Pay Range: $60,000-$75,000
