Responsibilities

The Branch Operations Specialist performs a wide range of functions critical to the success of the organization's branch locations, including customer and clinical support, human resources support, 3rd party records requests, facilities management, talent acquisition on-boarding, support for Employee engagement activities, and potential field employee payroll support.

  • Assists with reports management and data tracking pertinent to clinical care and daily branch operations.
  • Oversees all tracking and credentialing needs (provider licenses, CPR, TB tests, physicals, etc) and maintains accurate digital personnel files in a timely manner.
  • Supports clinical education process and needs through oversight of clinical resources and materials and assists with annual competency needs.
  • Effectively conducts Day One New Hire Orientation for all new office, business development, and field associates in the Lexington and London branches.
  • Supports field associate payroll processes through reports management, productivity reporting, and various auditing requirements.
  • Works with Corporate departments to resolve billing and payroll issues.
  • Responsible for overseeing tasks in the Lexington and London branches; travel between branches may be required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience and one year medical office related experience required; additional payroll related experience preferred.
  • Must be self-directed, detail oriented, and organized.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficient computer knowledge/skills required, familiar with multiple software programs including Windows based programs.
