Scottsbluff Branch Manager will be responsible for management of Petersen Drug in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing 3-5 staff, scheduling, inventory ordering, opening and closing the store. They will make routine sales calls regarding durable medical equipment and other home health equipment and must follow detailed written orders by a doctor. They will answer phones, log information on calls received, maintain detailed and accurate records, notify appropriate person of customer needs, file data and perform other routine clerical tasks. They will manage store and employees to ensure that all customers receive orders as requested by ordering doctor.
Previous experience in home health and/or durable medical equipment or ability to be trained. Must have ability to lift 50 pounds and be on feet at least eight hours per day. Good customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
Branch Manager will ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, ability to train and educate customers on a wide variety of durable medical equipment. All other aspects of customer service, including maintain store cleanliness, monitor store inventory and compile product orders as needed, perform deliveries to a client's home or care facility, be able to perform minor service calls, repairs, and cleaning of equipment, and respond to and follow up on sales inquiries.
The Home Health Manager must adhere to health and safety policies and other requirements relating to care of equipment, perform all duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. Additionally, the Home Health Manager shall maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
