McRae's is a fast growing, family-owned company based out of West Allis, WI. We were recently awarded a 3 year contract! We are now looking to hire Full-time Class B CDL drivers to haul U.S. Mail from Rhinelander, WI to surrounding areas:

Details:

PT Route #1 - This route originates in Rhinelander, WI to Conover, WI (Trip 1,2)Week 1. This trip will alternate every Saturday

• Shift time: This is a split shift from 4:15AM-8:15AM in truck and 8:15AM-9:15AM in shuttle car. This route runs again from 3:00PM-4:00PM in shuttle car and 4:00PM-7:00PM in truck
• This particular position runs Saturday only
• Approximately 6.25 hours per week in the truck and 2 hours in the shuttle car
• Route runs from Rhinelander-Conover and shuttle car is taken home and back between shifts

PT Route #1- This route originates in Rhinelander, WI to Harshaw, WI; (Trip 7,8)Week 2. This trip will alternate every Saturday with Week 1.

• AMShift times: 4:15AM-7:40AM in the truck 7:40AM-8:20AM in the shuttle car
• PM Shift times: 15:20PM-16:00PM in the shuttle car 16:00PM-21:00PM in the truck
• Approximately 8.5 hours per week in the truck and 1.25 hours in the shuttle car
• This particular position runs Saturday only
• Route runs from Rhinelander-Harshaw and shuttle car is taken home and back between shifts

Contract Breakdown

• Base pay: $22.23
• Holiday pay: $1.06/hr up to 80 hours per pay period
• Fringe pay: $5.33/hr up to 80 hours per pay period (401k, Health Insurance or paid out)
• Incentive Pay: $4.32/hr- eligible immediately
• Vacation pay: $1.06/hr up to 80 hours per pay period (After a year of service)
• Shuttle car pay is $15.00/hr

Requirements:

• Class B CDL with Air Brakes
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Postal badge
• Must be able to pass USPS background check
• No preventable DOT accidents, suspensions, or revoked Driver license in the past 3 years
• No DUI or Drug Convictions in the last five years
• All male applicants born after 1-1-1960 must be registered with the selective service in order to get clearance for a U.S. Postal badge
• Pass a DOT Pre-Employment Drug Test
• Current Fed Med card
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Must have a verifiable job history
