Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to handle our daily bookkeeping. Responsibilities will include day-to-day data entry with an emphasis on accounts payable. We are also looking for someone with experience in payroll taxes and registration (state withholding and UI, etc.) as well as sales tax laws and reporting. The Bookkeeper should be well experienced, organized, and articulate, and must be able to work 40 hours a week on site. To succeed in this role, you should be analytical, detail-oriented, honest, and willing to be taught.

Requirements and Skills

• No fewer than 5-years of experience in bookkeeping
• Previous experience in accounts payable
• Previous experience with payroll taxes and tax reporting
• Previous experience with sales tax registration and filing
• Experience with NetSuite
• Extreme attention to detail
• Willingness to comply with all local, state, federal, and company regulations
• High level of efficiency and accuracy
• Display ethical behavior with confidential information

Position Details 

• Full-time, onsite; full health, dental and vision package, strong retirement and leave plan
• Compensation will be determined based on experience but anticipated to be within $50-60,000 annually.
