Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable - Track all cash flow using Quickbooks accounting software and Salesforce CRM. Must be highly organized and be able to work under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
- Organize internal resources - Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
- Liaise with visitors - Act as point person for office guests.
- Communicate policies and procedures - Alert employees of new processes, rules and regulations. Manage payroll tracking and HR policies.
- Manage construction permitting applications and track inspections - Submit all needed documents for building and plumbing permits, use Salesforce Software to track jobs and inspections as they are executed.
