Mr. Tolbert owns several rental properties and other real estate and is looking to add a phenomenal permanent Part Time Bookkeeper, with the potential of full-time.

We are currently looking for an experienced and energetic Bookkeeper to join our team. This position will use QuickBooks for several accounts AR/AP and work closely with the asset manager who oversees all assets, lease properties, tenant issues, etc. Some co-coordinating with bookkeepers for other properties as well. While we prefer someone proficient in QuickBooks we will also train the right candidate who is familiar in QuickBooks. A successful candidate is detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with day-to-day accounting business activities

· Ensures all accounting processes are completed accurately and timely.

· Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

· Cash flow management

· Bank account reconciliations

· Assisting in financial activities such as running payroll and generating invoices

· Additional duties may be assigned

Requirements:

· Must be familiar in QuickBooks, and MS Suite

· Must have first-hand knowledge of full cycle accounting, 1+ yrs.

· Outgoing and self-starter

· Work efficiently under pressure

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License

· Pass a background screening

· Ability to perform day to day tasks without training or supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.74 - $19.13 per hour
